Ken Sinclair, Godfather of CBM Joins Petromin as Chief Advisor

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kenneth G. Sinclair to head its newly established Advisory Board. Mr. Sinclair has been devoted to expanding the development of unconventional gas production both in Canada and abroad for the last 25 years. He was the founder and chairman of the Canadian CBM Forum (now called Canadian Society for Unconventional Gas - (CSUG)) for many years. He is currently the Co-founder and Vice President of Business Development for Canadian Spirit Resources Inc., an unconventional gas exploration company focusing on its properties in Northeast British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Sinclair has advised numerous clients in all areas of research, exploration, and development of coalbed methane throughout the world, including the Alberta Research Council, Shell Canada, Suncor Inc., Sproule & Associates Inc. In a recent article of "Oilweek" Apr./06, Ken was referred to as the "Godfather of Coalbed Methane in Canada". Mr. Sinclair's commitment to join the company in his new capacity will greatly enhance Petromin in reaching its goals for the development of CBM / Enviro-energy projects worldwide.
